Tee Cool Collection

Designed an e-commerce website prototype to show users the flow of ordering customised t-shirts, where users can upload their designs and customise it. As a UX/UI Designer ,my responsibilities included conducting interviews, paper and digital wire-framing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.

Brainstorm & Ideation

I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was the people who are in the designers and like their clothing customised to market their business. This user group confirmed initial assumptions about customised clothing customers, but research also revealed that time was not the only factor limiting users from making customisations. Other user problems included obligations, interests, or challenges that make it difficult to get customisation for the clothing of their choice.

Based on that I did user research by conducting interviews for the Lo-Fi Prototype and Hi-Fi Prototypes to define our primary target users.

User Research and Persona

The personas are based on our interviews:
*Attendees need information about the art auctions beforehand.
*They want to be able to make reservations online and make payments online.
*They want all previous and upcoming information about the art auctions to be saved in the app.
